Our Treatment Process
-
Your journey begins by contacting our office by phone, email, or through our online appointment request form. During this conversation, our staff will answer your questions, explain the services we offer, verify insurance or payment options when applicable, and help determine which services best meet your needs. If appropriate, we will schedule your initial appointment and provide instructions for completing any required paperwork before your visit.
-
Your first appointment focuses on getting to know you and understanding your individual circumstances. A licensed clinician will complete a comprehensive assessment to discuss your concerns, medical and behavioral health history, current symptoms, strengths, goals, and any legal or court-related requirements. This assessment helps ensure that recommendations are based on your unique needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
-
Following your assessment, your clinician will work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. Together, you'll identify meaningful goals, recommended services, and measurable objectives designed to support your progress. Your treatment plan is reviewed regularly and adjusted as your needs, strengths, and accomplishments evolve throughout treatment.
-
Once your treatment plan is established, you'll begin participating in the recommended services. Depending on your needs, this may include individual counseling, substance use disorder treatment, family counseling, parenting classes, anger management, peer support services, targeted case management, DUI assessments, or other behavioral health services. Throughout treatment, your clinician will monitor your progress, provide evidence-based interventions, and work with you to overcome challenges while celebrating milestones along the way.
-
Recovery and personal growth continue beyond the completion of a treatment program. As you make progress, we help you develop relapse prevention strategies, strengthen healthy coping skills, connect with community resources, and establish a plan for maintaining long-term wellness. Whether your goals involve recovery, improved mental health, stronger relationships, or increased stability, our commitment is to equip you with the tools and support needed for lasting success.
